The HTE system is a surface treatment for water-based industrial cooling systems which reduces utility spend by increasing heat transfer effiency and protecting against bio-fouling, corrosion, and scale deposits. The system works by creating a single molecule nanolayer on cooling system hardware, improving the interaction between cooling water and tubing.

Option 1: Interphase field engineers circulate HTE system through cooling system via slug feed at sump of online cooling system.

How It Works

1) Flush cooling system or component with HTE solution.

2) Our advanced materials in the HTE system form a single-molecule thick layer on the surface of pipes/cooling hardware. 

3) The HTE system alters the physics of cooling water interaction, increasing heat transfer and operational efficiency.

4) The HTE nanolayer also protects system hardware from bio-fouling (BIC/MIC), scaling, and corrosion.
